If you have a full Ragnarok Online install (kRO+Sakray) then you can use RadiantRO to connect. If not install both kRO and Sakray before using RadiantRO.
To regrister a account type the following for the first login into the game login screen
Userame_m (for a female account) Username_F
password Password

We do not provide any client files, to download ragnarok online check around for "full installers" and then install Radiant.
Simply install Ragnarok Online, then install Radiant to Ragnarok online.
